The Lovett House is one of the first log homes of Cedaredge and is registered as a Colorado State Historical Site. It first opened its doors to the public in 1894 as Cedaredge’s first post office, with Mrs. Lovett as its postmistress. The home also served many travelers as a “way station” in between Delta and the Grand Mesa. So as you can see, the home has been welcoming guests for well over 100 years, and we are continuing the tradition by keeping our doors open to guests. We believe you will find our B&B to be a refreshing get-a-way that takes you back in time, a simpler time.

Reservation Policy:
Reservations of 4 nights or less require a 1-night deposit. Reservations of 5 or more nights require a 50% deposit. All reservations will have the balance due upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
$20 cancellation fee per room with a two-week notice prior to your reservation. You will not receive a refund if your cancellation is made within the two-week period prior to your reservation.
